This policy sets out when and how a refund can be requested from Masteren Labs for paid subscriptions to its products.
2. Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase or subscription renewal, provided usage is within reasonable thresholds.
3. How to request
Email [email protected] with your account email and reason. We process requests within 5 business days.
4. Method
Refunds issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 days for processing by your provider.
5. Non-refundable
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window
- Usage-based charges already consumed
- Custom enterprise agreements
6. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Disputes
Contact [email protected] for charge disputes. Unresolved issues may be pursued through applicable consumer protection authorities.
