By accessing the Masteren Labs website or using a Masteren Labs product, you agree to these Terms and to any product-specific terms presented to you.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and, if acting for an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of account credentials and tokens.
- Where account creation, billing, or compliance flows require information, you will provide accurate details.
- You will notify Masteren Labs promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or compromise.
4. Acceptable use
Masteren Labs products may not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, malware distribution, phishing, unauthorised access attempts, or behaviour that materially degrades the platform for others.
Masteren Labs may investigate abuse reports and may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, reliability, or legal compliance.
5. Billing and paid services
Masteren Labs products may include paid plans, subscriptions, or enterprise arrangements. Where paid services apply, the fees, renewal terms, and provider terms will be set out in the relevant product flow or order form.
6. Intellectual property
Masteren Labs, its marks, and its service materials are owned by Masteren Labs or its licensors, except where specific code or assets are made available under open-source licences.
Product-specific open-source repositories retain their own licence terms, which apply to the code released under them.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Masteren Labs services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masteren Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the prior twelve months.
8. Governing law
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
